Chinese Denies Any Defamation Intention for Apple

A Chinese company has recently won a case against Apple. After winning the case they have clarified their intention that they don’t want to affect or hurt of the position of the Apple in the market. Apple is known for their number of the patents filed however with the recent developments of the technology in China, it seems that Apple will be facing a direct threat from the Chinese competitors. A lot of Chinese companies have also started triggering a lot of patent filing in the court.

Chinese Denies Any Defamation Intention for Apple

The attorney who is representing the Beijing based company Baili Marketing Services Co held a press conference for the first time in front of the media after winning the case from Apple. They clearly mentioned that, they want to safeguard their intellectual property rights. They are not in the market to let down anyone by any means. The founder of the Baili Marketing Services Co, Xu Guoxiang mentioned that their company is wholly owned by Digione. He confirmed his statement via a text message being sent to The Wall Street Journal.

The team of the Digione has also shown that they have filed the patent way back in 013 after their finished the design of their 100C mobile device. They mentioned substantial proofs with supporting documents for the same. There are at least 27 features in the device of the Apple which are a direct match with the products of the Chinese manufacturer which also includes a huge similarity among the design of the device and the placement of the buttons. Yang said that the first company who has applied for the patent should be getting the undue advantage of their work regardless of the similarity in the design. He is more than willing to leave and compromise on overlapping of the design of the devices for the users.
