Ken Segall Feels Apple Lacks Good Old Days Inheritance Now

In a chain of numerous events followed by Apple, the very famous ad guru Ken Segall stated that Apple seem to losing their touch of inheritance. Apple has always been a company about passion and dedication. Under the guardianship of Steve Jobs the primary owner and CEO of Apple the company took growth in multiple folds. It grew the company really well however now the touch of originality seems to be missing.

In the times of Jobs, Apple was about innovation however now the company has merely started working upon launching the product upgrades with almost similar features. The product names are confusing too. It isn’t about the simplicity anymore. Tim has been hand‐picked by Steve for his role of guardianship after him however h somehow has not been much successful in following his footsteps.

Looking at the present market of Apple they are selling 4 different versions of the iPads, 3 versions of the MacBook’s, 3 versions of iPhones with their latest addition in their wearable technology the infamous Apple iWatch. It seems that Apple is no more about innovation however slowly and steadily it is becoming a luxury fashion good. The market is behaving very mature now days and if he is not able to judge and act carefully according to the growing needs and demands of the people then he may not be able to sustain longer. Apple’s marketing in earlier days used to very simple as compared to the now a days act. Today they have shifted to a larger base with altogether more and more people being employed for their marketing. The company is also actively indulged in paid PR which has never happened before. It often looks more confusing to him. Segal has never been afraid in voicing his opinion and feels the company needs to change big time before it is too late.
