Apple Acknowledges Issue over Missing Music Files

Apple has finally acknowledged the issue of the missing files in the iTunes. Apple is working on the next upgrade which will prevent the safeguard of the data for the users. The music which has been lost for the user may never come back. It cannot be ever recovered again however after the update Apple claims to be safeguarding the data of the user. The exact issue of the missing files is still unknown. It is being assumed that the desktop version of the app is misbehaving with the phone and later making the file go missing. The company is not still sure that the upgrade of the app will surely fix the issue. They are only trying their best to find the exact root of the issue first so they can deploy the correct measures for correcting the issues.

Apple has also said that anyone who has faced the issue of the missing music should immediately talk to Apple’s customer care. Apple is all set to the launch the 12.4 version of the app however it will be only having some minimal UI changes with some changes towards streamlining navigation in the app.

The complaint regarding the missing music from the desktop has been very small and minimal. Apple is taking the complaints form their users very seriously as due to the bug in the Apple, iTunes self‐started replacing the content of the user with the original version of the music. This is probably for the first time where Apple has been caught in such situation. Well Apple has suggested its users to keep the proper backup of the data where the replaced data by the error of the iTunes can re replaced with the original file of the song. The issue is temporary and Apple is taking harsh and quick steps to replace it completely.
