Matching Apple’s iCloud, Free One Drive Storage Cut By Microsoft to 5BG

The subscribers of the new One Drive have been seeing a change for some time now. Some of the major changes that were seen were the elimination of the camera roll bonus of 15 GB which was extra. Those who were part of the 15GB tier group used to get notifications which gave them a chance to let the company know if they wanted to continue keeping the storage that they had. Against the original plan, a backslash had followed where the change was implemented universally.

For those users who had uploads which are more than 5 GB, they can to gain an entire year’s subscription to the different services of the Office 365 Personal which also included the cloud storage of 1TB.

The new scheme of 5GB brings the free tier of One Drive down to the similar level of the Apple’s iCloud. However, at a monthly fee of 99 cents 50 GB is offered by Apple. For the same thing, Microsoft gives it at $1.99. The other difference where entirely Microsoft lacks is the 200GB Tier. In regards to the terabyte plans, the company does have an edge due. One of the options that it has includes a complete access to Office 365 with a monthly fee of $6.99. Apple on the other hand does not offer any special bonus and charges a flat $9.99.
