Apple and Google both seem to be in a rush of getting into the automobile industry. The automobile industry is completely based on capital. It is a capital intensive industry. Today Google makes more than 24 billion dollars in one quarter and practically buy any automobile maker in the world with their cash reserves. Google is reportedly rumored to have a partnership for their upcoming project on electrical cars. Marchionne Company is towards the late stages of their partnership with the company.

Both Google as well as Apple are spending too much on their project of electric cars. Automobile company Fiat Chrysler says that both of the companies are too big to ignore. Saying no to both of them would lead to a huge net loss of capital for them. Google as well as Apple both are very excited for their project and are looking to launch their electric cars project soon. Today most of the tech giant companies are working on these green energy projects More and more efforts are being drawn today on building green energy cars which may help in conserving the energy (natural resources like diesel, petrol, CNG or LPG) and work more easily on manmade sources of energy. These companies understand their responsibility and working on such projects to quickly replace the regular cars with future generation cars. Companies like Uber are also trying to create self‐driving cars for the people.

They have analyzed that today most of the teens are causing accidents on the road therefore they are working on designing cars which may not need a driver. They are creating intelligent apps which may self‐direct the cars on own and will safely drive the cars from point A to point B. Apple is ready with its futuristic design of their electric cars. Both the companies are spending heavily on their projects.
