The promise that AMC had made has finally been fulfilled with the launch of the TVOS app. There is a selection mirroring of the content that is present on the web portal and the app. This also includes the free streaming of various hit shows like The Night Manager and The Walking Dead.

Just like the counterpart of AMC which is compatible with iOS, the Apple TV compatible app also features bonus content, behind the scenes extras and even full episodes. It even features all the original shows like Halt and Catch Fire, Fear of the Walking Dead, The Walking dead and a lot more.

For the Fear the Walking Dead fans who own an Apple TV, the first three episodes can be streamed without them signing in or subscribing to it. Even the extra’s of different shows can be streamed however the user must link their satellite provider or cable account details to the access the full episodes of the AMC back catalog on the app.

Apart from the tvOS version, on Wednesday, AMC had also updated their app for mobiles with various improvements. The 15.6MB app of AMC is available for downloading without any charge from the App store of the tvOS.
