Ex Box VP Karen Appleton Joins Apple

team. Apple wants to boost the enterprise credential growth and they feel Karen will be the best suited women for this. She was a seasoned executive of Apple’s long time collaboration cloud storage company service “Box”. She announced her departure from her ex company on Facebook and also confirmed the news of joining Apple.

Ex Box VP Karen Appleton Joins Apple

Apple is confirmed to be joining Apple however her new role with her company is still not confirmed yet. She was the eight employee of the company and joined Box way back in 2007. She left the company as a senior vice President VP for the industry segment. She was the face behind the growth of the company’s service. Under her leadership the company was able to distribute their services to all the non profit organizations NGO’s at low cost model.

The relationship between Apple and enterprise was like any professional business professional until 2007. Their relationship got warmer in 2014 after signing the first deal with IBM upon IOS apps. In 2015 John Solomon was hired from HP to join Apple for helping them increase the enterprise sales. Apple’s position in the enterprise was strengthened after the policy of “Bring Your Own Device” which helped worker choose their own platforms as compared to other organizations who mandate to bring Apple devices to the premises. Appleton is seemed excited to be joining Apple. She is looking to focus majorly on her role to give company entrepreneurial growth. She is known to be the serial growth hacker in her last organization. She has been a giant growth face for her last company and is looking to serving the same passion for Apple too. We hope Karen to be ensuring flexible growth to her company and making Apple shine brighter under her supervision.
