Facebook tends to be working on business projects too these days, in a report shared by TechCrunch, mark and his team at Facebook is developing robots for business clients helping them to automate standard business responses for chat boxes during business queries.

These chat boxes developed by Facebook will help businesses send prefixed standard business responses depending on the query asked the user. Instead of putting FAQ’s now businesses can use these chat boxes for calling structured template messages. These structured messages may include: Title, description, body, image, etc. Facebook is also working on developing a full stack message box for their users. As if now most of the users are merely surviving on Emails and phone calls for their business inquiry however with these message boxes, any user can prompt a question and will get a standard quoted reply automatically from the system. It increases the chances of getting more awareness about the business or the product.

Facebook announced that people will be easily able to sue these cheat codes in their business. Facebook also announced that the features of the chat box will be much similar to Snapchat where each user will get a unique code. These messenger links can be shared with anyone and people may directly click on this link and begin chatting.

Facebook has also made couple of announcement about the live videos. They said:

∙ It would be easier to find live videos on Facebook if it is trending. It will be easily available in search result pages of Facebook.

∙ Users will also be able to find more videos on Facebook by merely typing few words. The update will be soon released for mobile phones. The videos could be searched on wide variety of topics ranging on your keywords
