Some other services of online music, who has suffered for this decision, are Spotify, Amazon, Rhapsody and Google Play. The only exception is another service provider called Pandora, who is still able to sell the Blueprint album. According to old reports, Jay Z has done this before to, i.e., removed his albums from music streaming service websites. His last removal was his debut album which was made in 1996 and was called Reasonable Doubt.

Since the launch of his own streaming service Tidal, Jay Z has started an offensive against all his rival streaming service providers. He further went on into rapping a statement about challenging Apple to come and fight with Tidal. According to his freestyle rap, he had hinted on some racial comments that Tidal has faced.

According to experts, the whole deal is a pretty nasty deal where a lot of pride, ego and bad blood come between the two superpowers, Apple and Tidal. On the other hand, Jay Z’s wife, Beyoncé has done the complete opposite of what Jay Z had done. She had exclusively made the release of the album BEYONCE on Apple iTunes. This album did sell at a very high rate as customer purchase for the album within the first three days of the release was 828773.
