Google Collaborates With Apple On Cloud Business

On a bid where Google had to pick out their cloud computing service company, they purchased Apple, which is one of the largest companies in this field. Apple, the makers of iPhone, has recently started using the cloud platform provided by Google to store some of their iCloud data. They also stored some of their service data with Google, as per the report of some very reliable sources. As for the purchase made by Google, nabbing Apple has been quite a win for them in the race for obtaining larger and larger cloud computing service companies.

On the other hand, many say that this deal will not last for long. The main reason behind this is that Apple themselves are looking to build a cloud computing system of their own which will allow them to bring the service to millions of Apple device users all across the world. In the present scenario, most of the data belonging to Apple is stored in Amazon’s Web Services. Keeping in pace with Microsoft Azure, Amazon’s Web Services is actually the largest cloud provider in the world, way ahead of Apple or Google. According to CRN, the place where this new appeared first, states that Apple is basically wanting to get rid of their reliance on Amazon Web Services. In order to do that, they are turning to Google to for their clouding services.

As for the companies in question, bot Google as well as Apple didn’t provide any comment on that matter. Amazon, on the other hand, sends out hints that Apple didn’t defect from the company. This information is quite unusual as Amazon doesn’t really share any information regarding their regular customers. Thus, nothing can be taken as a surety in this matter. Hopefully, later reports will clear the cloud.
